Nathan “Dubsy” Want - Speaker & Author
Nathan “Dubsy” Want is the founder of Sower Leadership, as well as a dynamic speaker, author, and youth mentor dedicated to helping teens and parents navigate life’s inescapable moments. With nearly two decades of experience in local church ministry, wellbeing, and leadership, Dubsy equips young people with the skills they need to face challenges now and in the future. He has spoken across Australia and featured at some of the nation’s largest student conferences. Known for his memorable and practical approach, Dubsy’s sessions inspire students to take action and step confidently into their leadership potential.
Eloise Wellings - Dual Olympian & Speaker
Eloise Wellings’ dream of becoming an Olympian began as a child, and at just 16, she qualified for the Sydney Olympics. A heartbreaking stress fracture, her first of 11, kept her from competing, and further injuries saw her miss Athens and Beijing. Refusing to give up, she finally fulfilled her dream in 2012, representing Australia at the London Olympics before going on to achieve a career-best top-10 finish in the 10,000m at Rio. Today, Eloise has taken on a leadership role amongst other female distance runners and acts as a mentor and an inspiration to many young and upcoming athletes.
Cath Tallack - Program Director Arrow Leadership Australia
Cath is the Program Director at Arrow Leadership Australia and a passionate advocate for developing leaders who step boldly into their God-given potential. With over 15 years of pastoral ministry experience, Cath brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing leaders today. She is committed to seeing the Church in Australia grow and flourish for the sake of Christ and His Kingdom. With qualifications in theology, leadership, and coaching, Cath is dedicated to equipping leaders with the wisdom and capacity needed to navigate an increasingly complex world. She values clear, gospel-centred communication and creates spaces where leaders can learn, grow, and be strengthened for the road ahead.

Michelle Mitchell - Educator, Author & Speaker
Michelle Mitchell is an author and speaker, sought after for her compassionate and grounded advice for parenting tweens and teens. She began as a classroom teach but soon found a special interest in wellbeing. In 2000 she left teaching to establish a health promotion charity and psychology clinic which delivered life skills programs and psychological services to young people and their families. Today she uses her experience to write and speak in schools, community events and through media. She strives to help parents be the trusted, leadership presence that their growing kids need and her special joy is to see tweens and teens thrive!
