SLC TAS is a dynamic one-day event created especially for primary and secondary leaders from Christian schools across Australia. This is more than just a conference it’s a movement to raise up a generation of young leaders who live and lead like Jesus, making a real and lasting impact in their classrooms, communities & culture.
This unforgettable day is packed with:
• Interactive activities
• Inspiring speakers
• Faith-filled moments
• Leadership development
As part of the come together for key moments throughout the day while also participating in dedicated, age-specific sessions designed for their stage of leadership development.
These two streams create a pathway for students to continue growing as leaders as they transition from primary into secondary school and throughout their teenage years.
Our 2027 theme is "Wherever You Go", inspired by Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go”. Throughout the day, students will be challenged to lead with courage by stepping out of their comfort zones, overcoming limiting beliefs, and embracing everything God has created them to be.
Students will leave feeling equipped, encouraged, and empowered to lead and live out their faith.

Our VIC Conference is designed for Year 5 - 6 student leaders from Christian schools
But you don’t have to limit attendance to students already wearing a leadership badge. Some schools bring their entire year level, while others invite emerging leaders they see rising within their school community.
Schools have seen the impact this day has on students personally and within their school community as we grow their faith and leadership.

Each student will need to wear their school uniform and bring a hat for outside, a packed lunch, a filled water bottle, and a pen or pencil.
They won’t need a notepad, as they will receive a workbook when they arrive.

Once your school registers, a confirmation email & invoice will be sent to the ticket purchaser. It will include a conference pack with key information for coordinators, teachers, and students, along with next steps to help you prepare.

No, food is not included in the conference registration. Students and staff will need to bring their own food.
