our story

Sower Leadership has been birthed out of what once was a Student Leadership Conference that was pioneered by a collaboration of Heads of Primary School Leaders from CEN and CSA school networks in Victoria with the goal of facilitating faith based leadership development for Years 5-6 students.

Over three years the conference continued to grow and expand and what started small, has now grown into a statewide movement.

In its fourth year Dubsy was handed the batten to take the initiative to the next level with fresh vision and innovation for a broader impact.

Under Dubsy’s leadership 2025's conference showed a growth of 36% in attendance reaching 313 attendees from 20 schools across Victoria and in 2026 the conference will expand to two cities.

From what started as a one off conference has now been established as an organisation; Sower Leadership is a national movement with a clear a vision to raise a generation of students to live and lead like Jesus impacting classrooms, communities, and culture.
